COVID-19 Precautions

Update March 17, 2020

We will be seeing emergency patients with all precautions indicated in our statement below with our regular hours and we will be closed from March 30th returning April 6th.

Posted March 15, 2020: At Westlake Hills Dentistry, your health is of the utmost importance. To ensure your health and the health of our staff, we do follow usual universal precautions in our operatories and office. As standard protocol we are prepared to treat patients with infectious diseases and our clinical team is highly trained in infection prevention protocols. We have always, and will continue to rigorously follow all infection control guidelines.

In all operatories, we spray wipe and spray it down between all patients. Additionally, every half hour we wipe down the waiting room, coffee maker, and common spaces with disinfectant.

If you are healthy, there’s no need to cancel your regularly scheduled dental appointment.

In light of the current situation, if you have an appointment and currently have a fever, cough or other flu-like symptoms please call and we will gladly reschedule your appointment. Otherwise we look forward to seeing you as scheduled.

Lastly, please allow us to take your temperature to ensure you are adequately screened.
